APXO is a Canadian artist, songwriter and entertainer whose work moves across music, live performance, acting, fashion and visual storytelling.
Born in Montreal and shaped by years spent living and creating across Toronto, Cologne, Zurich and Mexico City, APXO carries an international perspective into everything he makes.
His foundation is hip-hop. His expression is much wider.
Boom-bap lyricism, melody, soul, gospel, jazz and electronic textures can all exist within the same artistic world.
The sound changes. The honesty doesn’t.

Sometimes he writes from his own perspective. Sometimes he steps into the experiences of people who struggle to express what they are feeling themselves.

Music remains at the center of everything. APXO identifies as an artist before a rapper — rap is one language within a much bigger vocabulary.
Two forces constantly meet in his records: lyrics and melody. Wordplay, rhythm and bars that can be dissected, alongside enough melody to let a feeling carry a song when words alone aren’t enough.

The stage
Live performance is the clearest expression of APXO’s personality. His shows move from complete records to crowd interaction, freestyles and moments where the instrumental disappears and the room is left with nothing except the voice.
He has performed for intimate audiences and crowds exceeding a thousand people, with shows across Canada and Europe.

The current chapter
Becoming who I was meant to be.
After stepping away from releasing music for an extended period, there was time to reassess, to rebuild and eventually to return with more clarity.
“Becoming who I was meant to be” represents that transition. Not perfection. Not an arrival. A process — the understanding that growth sometimes requires letting an old version of yourself disappear before the next one can exist.
