All music, video, photography, artwork and written material on this site is the property of APXO unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied, reposted commercially, remixed or used in any production without written permission. Licensing and usage requests: management@iamapxo.com.

Orders are placed and processed through Shopify. Prices are shown in the currency of your selected market and confirmed at checkout. A sale is complete only once payment is accepted and confirmed; if a product is mispriced or unavailable we may cancel the order and refund it in full. Shipping and returns are covered by the Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract or confirm availability. Bookings, features and other engagements are confirmed only in writing by APXO or management.

This site links to and embeds third-party services including Shopify, YouTube, Spotify and Apple Music. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

To the extent permitted by law, APXO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
