When you join the Inner Circle we store your email address, the page you signed up from and the date, so we can send you music, release news and first access.

A welcome email is sent through Resend, our email provider. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all further mail. You can also ask us to delete your record entirely at innercircle@iamapxo.com.

Information you submit through the inquiry form — such as your name, email, organisation and the details of your request — is stored so we can respond, and is emailed to the relevant APXO address (bookings, management, orders or general). It is used only to handle your request.

The APXO store runs on Shopify. Product data is displayed here, but your cart, checkout, payment and order information are handled by Shopify and its payment providers under Shopify's own privacy terms. We never see or store your full payment details. Order support is handled at orders@iamapxo.com.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. Your browser's local storage is used to remember your cart and your selected shopping country. Shopify sets the cookies required for checkout to work. YouTube embeds run in privacy-enhanced mode and only load — and only contact YouTube — after you press play.

Shopify (store, checkout and payments), Resend (email delivery) and our hosting and database provider, which stores Inner Circle and inquiry records. Each processes data on our behalf and may store it outside your country.

Inner Circle records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion; inquiry records are kept as long as needed to handle and document the request. You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@iamapxo.com.
